You are responsible for checking your desired message to make sure it is exactly what you want. We cannot add/change anything once the video is purchased.
You are responsible for spelling and grammar. Wagner will do your video word for word as requested.
If you require swearing or rude language we are not responsible for any offence taken by the recipient, this is up to you to decide if you’re happy to include it.
Wagner will not sing any songs which can cause offence to any member of the public. If your song choice is deemed offensive you will be contacted and asked to choose a different song. We do not give refunds in this instance.
Any phrases used such as “Hail Hail” “Up the RA”, “We are the people” etc will not be included if requested due to the meaning behind them.
We cannot include names of other celebrities or public figures in the message.
You will receive your video via email by midnight ON the date requested unless a notice at the top of the website is presented stating videos are unavailable until a certain date. It is recommended that you order videos in advance.
Same day videos are available if ordered by 2.30pm unless Wagner has a booked appearance on that date. Please note that same day videos are not always available if we become fully booked for the day. If this is the case then your video will be recorded on the following day instead.
Refunds are only applicable if your video is not recorded on time or if for any reason a mistake is made in the video that does not match your request. We will not issue a refund if we get the video to you by midnight. You are responsible for ordering the video in advance.
Please note that sometimes when we email videos over they can go into your spam folder instead of inbox. You are responsible for checking both.
